About Me
When I started my construction business, I didn't have the cash to buy all the equipment I would need for every job out there. I let this hold me back when bidding on jobs; if I knew how to get the job done, but didn't have the equipment I needed, I wouldn't bid. This didn't get me far, and my business was not doing well. One day I ran across a job posting I knew I didn't have the equipment for and looked into the cost of renting the equipment needed for the amount of time I expected I needed to get the job done. To my surprise, the rental rates were very reasonable, and I got the job and made good money off it. I decided to start a blog to help new contractors out there learn the ropes, and I plan to share many more tips.
